The straightforward version
Terms of Service
Use BroomBid honestly, protect your client information, and verify your own bid. We will provide the product with reasonable care and treat your data like it is entrusted to us.
Effective July 31, 2026 · BroomBid is operated by QuickFlo, LLC.1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and QuickFlo, LLC, the operator of BroomBid (“BroomBid,” “we,” or “us”). They apply when you use broombid.com, its free calculators, or a paid BroomBid account. If you use BroomBid for a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that business.
2. What BroomBid provides
The free calculators help commercial cleaning operators estimate labor, costs, margin, and pricing. A paid Pro subscription adds saved calculations, branded proposals, secure proposal links, client responses, and related tools. We may improve or replace features, but we will not quietly charge you for a different plan.
3. Accounts and access
BroomBid uses password-free sign-in links. Keep access to your email account secure and do not share an active sign-in link. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly tell us it was compromised. Contact us and we will help secure it.
4. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Pro is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until canceled. Prices shown at checkout do not include any tax we are legally required to collect. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid access normally continues through the end of the current billing period.
We offer a full refund of your first subscription payment when requested within 30 days. If a renewal catches you by surprise, request a refund within 14 days and we will refund that latest renewal. Duplicate charges and charges made during a material service failure are also refundable. The complete, customer-friendly policy is on our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Your content stays yours
You own the business details, bid assumptions, client information, scopes, notes, logos, and other material you enter. You give BroomBid a limited permission to host, process, display, and transmit that material only as needed to provide and protect the service. That permission ends when the information is deleted, except for limited copies we must keep for security, backups, legal obligations, or a recorded proposal response.
You are responsible for having the right to use and share the information you enter, including client contact information. Do not place passwords, payment-card data, medical records, or other highly sensitive information in proposal fields or notes.
6. Fair use
Do not use BroomBid to break the law, deceive clients, send spam, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or interfere with another user. Secure proposal links are meant for the intended client. You are responsible for where you send them.
7. Estimates require your judgment
BroomBid provides planning and document tools, not accounting, tax, insurance, legal, or professional estimating advice. Benchmarks and default assumptions are starting points. You must verify the walkthrough, cleanable area, scope, wages, productivity, supplies, overhead, taxes, insurance, pricing, and contract terms before submitting a bid. We cannot promise that a bid will be accurate, profitable, accepted, or compliant with local requirements.
In particular, you—not BroomBid—make the final pricing decision and remain responsible for confirming material and supply costs, labor time and wages, payroll burden, insurance, overhead, taxes, travel, equipment, subcontractors, scope changes, and any other contract expense. To the extent the law permits, BroomBid is not responsible for an underpriced bid, cost overrun, missed expense, reduced margin, lost profit, or other business loss caused by inaccurate inputs, assumptions, benchmarks, calculations, or reliance on an estimate. This does not excuse our own fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or breach of an express promise in these terms.
8. BroomBid's product
BroomBid and its software, design, branding, and original content belong to us and our licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your business while your account is active. It does not transfer ownership of the product or restrict your ownership of your own proposals and data.
9. Availability and service changes
We work to keep BroomBid dependable, but no online service is interruption-free. We may pause access for maintenance, security, provider failures, or events outside reasonable control. If a prolonged failure prevents meaningful paid use, contact us and we will make it right with a credit or refund.
10. A reasonable warranty boundary
We promise to provide BroomBid with reasonable care and substantially as described. If we fall short, tell us and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Beyond that promise, the service is provided as available, and we do not make warranties we cannot realistically control, including uninterrupted operation or a particular business result.
11. Keeping risk proportionate
Neither side is responsible to the other for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost opportunity, when those losses were not the direct result of the breach. For direct claims related to BroomBid, each side's total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid BroomBid during the 12 months before the claim.
These limits do not protect either side from its fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, infringement or misuse of the other side's intellectual property, violation of confidentiality or privacy obligations, or amounts properly owed under these terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so the limits apply only as far as the law permits.
12. Third-party claims
If your content or unlawful use of BroomBid causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you will cover the reasonable resulting costs and let us control the defense while keeping you informed. If the BroomBid software itself is found to infringe a third party's intellectual property, we will defend the claim and either secure your continued use, modify the affected feature, or refund the unused portion of your current paid period. Neither side must cover a claim caused by the other side's misconduct.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using BroomBid at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, the service, or the law, and we will give notice when practical. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach after giving a reasonable opportunity to correct it when the issue can be fixed. Sections about ownership, payment, risk, disputes, and necessary data retention continue after termination.
14. Changes and disagreements
We may update these terms as the product changes. For a material change, we will post the new date and provide reasonable notice through the service or email. Changes apply going forward. Before either side files a formal claim, we agree to contact each other and spend 30 days trying in good faith to resolve it. Either side may still seek urgent court relief to protect data, security, or intellectual property.
