Refund and Cancellation Policy
Try BroomBid with room to change your mind. Cancel in a few clicks, and if the product is not right for you, our refund windows are deliberately generous.

Request a refund within 30 calendar days of your first Pro subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to write an essay or prove the product failed. A short request from the account email is enough.
Accidental renewals
If you meant to cancel and a monthly renewal went through, contact us within 14 calendar days. We will refund the latest renewal and cancel future renewals. This applies to the most recent renewal charge.
Cancel anytime
Open Manage billing in BroomBid and cancel through the secure Stripe portal. Your subscription will stop renewing and you will normally keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. You may also email us if the portal is not working.
Duplicate charges and service failures
We will refund duplicate charges. If a material BroomBid outage or defect prevents you from meaningfully using the paid product and we cannot fix it promptly, we will offer a fair credit or refund. Fraudulent purchases and abusive refund requests are the only situations where we may decline an otherwise eligible request.
How to request a refund
Email hello@broombid.com from the email on your BroomBid account. Include “Refund request” and the charge date if you have it. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; banks commonly take 5–10 business days to display them.
Beyond the written window
Ask anyway. The published windows let us be consistent, not cold. If illness, a billing mistake, a serious outage, or another reasonable circumstance made the request late, we will review it like humans.
